New Graduation Requirements
To earn a high school diploma in Ohio, you must complete courses and then choose an option to show that you are ready for college or a job. Here’s what you need to do to graduate. Your school counselor will give you more details.

College Credit Plus (CCP) Information Night Mandatory Meeting
On Thursday, November 3, 2016, the Coventry High School Counseling Department, along with The University of Akron, will host a College Credit Plus (CCP) Informational Night at 7:30 p.m. in the high school theater. CCP is available for students entering grades 7-12 who meet specific, rigorous academic criteria. This is a mandatory meeting for any student considering participation in CCP for the 2017-2018 school year. Criteria for acceptance, required forms, and application/program deadlines will be a few of the many things discussed at this meeting.  
School Superintendents Release Statement on 2016 Report Card
The following statement (click here to view) is being released by the Akron Area School Superintendent’s Association representing member districts from across Summit, Portage and Medina counties, serving a wide variety of communities with long histories of excellence in education. Our primary concern as educators is to ensure our students’ academic growth, while preparing them for college and careers.

Progress Book Parent Access
Progress Book Parent Access Letters for the 2016-2017 school year will be sent home the first week of September. If you have not yet created an account, you will receive a letter containing a registration key. Registration keys that were previously issued are no longer valid.

TDaP & Meningitis Immunization Clinic
With the new immunization requirements for all 7th and 12th graders - Coventry Schools has arranged for Health Heroes' TDaP & Meningitis Immunization Clinic to be held at the Middle School August 18th from 5 pm - 7pm and August 19th from 9 am- 11 am.
