Coventry is a comprehensive, public high school with an enrollment of 615 students in grades 10-12. High school students also have the opportunity to attend the Portage Lakes Career Center for training in a two-year vocational program. Coventry High School has been accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary schools since 1961.
Coventry High School offers honors courses in English. College preparatory courses and general courses are available in English, math, social studies and science. Other courses offered include Spanish and French, visual and performing arts, business, family and consumer sciences,and several vocational programs. In addition, students can choose from 15 different two-year vocational programs offered through the Portage Lakes Career Center. Qualified students may participate in the Post Secondary Educational Options Program through a local university.
