Teens Speak Up is an after-school club providing three major opportunities for high school students. The group's focus is to help educate students and bring awareness to the student body about bullying, acceptance of diverstiy, and the importance of unity. TSU also provides an opportunity to allow teens to discuss current issues they face (dating, friendship, stress, academics, depression, bullying, peer pressure, etc.) with the support of friends, peers, and classmates. Finally, the club provides an opportunity for students to develop skills to learn how to advocate for themselves in a proactive, healthy way.
Teens Speak Up meets every Tuesday after school, 2:30-3:30, in room 305.
