| Coventry High School Alumni Association is a totally volunteer organization.
There is no source of income other than donations. We are able to do
the things we do because of the generous financial contributions of many
alumni and the donation of time by the committee members. The Robert
Erwine Scholarship Fund as well as every other function of this organization
is made possible by your generosity. Due to the very high cost of mailing, it is our policy to mail only to those classmates who over the years have shown some interest by responding, either attending, or donating, or requesting to be continued on the mailing list. No classmate is ever dropped from the records, only from the mailing list due to lack of response. We do however mail to every person who is a member of any class that is a multiple of five years since graduation, subject only to having an address for the person. Many members of the Alumni Association who are planning this years reunion have also been responsible for the numerous successful functions we have enjoyed since 1982. We welcome any alumni to any meeting so don't be bashful. We especially encourage class representatives to become active. With technology being what it is today and with our records being in a simple database, we encourage younger folks, many of which are familiar with technology, to step up and if nothing else be familiar with the operation of your record keeping system.
