We welcome everyone to Lakeview Elementary School. 

          Welcome to Lakeview's website.
  Over the years, Lakeview has had a tradition of offering quality
education to its students. This tradition is carried on even though
some changes have been made for the 2007-2008 school year. With a staff
of 30 adults and the support of families, we provide the best education
possible.
  Lakeview is the home to all of the 3rd and 4th grade Comets. We believe
every child can learn, and we are dedicated to finding the key that
unlocks the door to each child's ability. Skills tutors and intervention
specialists help us to discover individual learning styles and meet
every child's yearly progress.
   We understand that "Character Counts" and know that strong character
development is a part of student learning. Watch for our character trait
of the month!
   We appreciate and know the importance of family involvement in a
child's education. Our Parent Teacher Association supports our children
and families through offering a variety of experiences for our students
and volunteer programs spaning a variety of areas. Join them and be a
part of this active group.
   At Lakeview, the expectations are high, the path has been set, and the
journey has begun. We thank all our families allowing us to touch their
child's life, even if it's only for a short while.
