Sierra Boggs' Poster to be Featured on area Billboard

Each of the 12 themes has a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner with the top winners having their posters featured on one of the months in the calendar.  The grand prize winner's poster is featured on the cover and on an area billboard.  Sierra's poster featured turtles portraying her message, "Don't go with the Flow, Be Your Own, Don't Give Into Peer Pressure".  Sierra's was one of the 1,329 posters submitted from eleven Middle Schools throughout Summit County. Prosecutor Sherry Bevin Walsh, along with emcees Tim Daugherty from WONE-FM and Sue Wilson from WQMX-FM, presented the 48 winners with congratulatory certificates and gift cards at an awards ceremony at the Akron Art Museum.
