In April 2017, The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce released an updated procedural safeguards notice. The new notice is available now and is called "The Special Education Procedural Safeguards Notice:  A Guide to Parent Rights in Special Education".  This new resource will be replacing "Whose IDEA is This?".
