Soap Box Derby

Soap Box Derby Summer Camp

The 2019 Soap Box Derby Summer Camp is a wonderful opportunity for youth ages 8 to 13 to continue their learning over summer break. Participants will enjoy a wide range of hands-on activities as follows: construct a Soap Box Derby car; race a Soap Box Derby car daily down Derby Downs track; design, build, race and take home a mini Soap Box Derby car; make friends and be part of a racing team; and showcase their team’s STEM race week achievements. Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten registration for the 2019-2020 school year is OPEN! Parents can register at Coventry Elementary School from 9am-3pm. No appointment is needed. Please bring your child's certified birth certificate, social security card, immunization record,  proof of residency (two items; utility bill, insurance documents, payroll check stub, official government correspondence, mortgage statements, etc.) These items must be in the name of the residential parent or guardian.  Read More

2nd Grade Dental Sealant Program

2nd Grade Dental Sealant Program

Summit County Public Health will be coming to Coventry Elementary School on Sept. 6-11 to apply free dental sealants to any second grade student who signs up. THIS IS FREE and is equivalent to $200.00 if done through a dentist. A letter regarding this will be in each 2nd graders beginning of the year folder, (it is yellow ). Please fill out the flyer and send it back in. Every student does not have to do this, it is up to every family, but please fill out the form and send it back stating yes or no. This is a great opportunity to help in your child’s dental needs and prevention of cavities. Let’s keep those bright smiles.
