Change in Age for Full Transition Plan to be in Place

Beginning at age 14, there is now a requirement that your child's Individualized Education Plan include a plan for successful adult living rather than just a statement. Areas addressed in this plan will include education beyond high school, employment, and independent living when appropriate.
