Akron Children's Spring Immunization Clinic will be held at Coventry Middle & High School on May 7, 2025. The  clinic is open to all middle and high school students. If you decide to have your child vaccinated in the upcoming clinic please complete the Vaccine Consent Forms.  Please return the CONSENT FORMS to the school no later than April 24, 2025 to secure your child’s vaccination. Only students who have completed consent forms can receive vaccines at school.
